If you want to delete your CalmFlow account and associated personal data, send an email to support@calmflowzen.com using the email address linked to your CalmFlow account.
Processing time
After we verify your request, we will delete your account and associated profile data within 7 business days.
Important notes
We may retain limited data where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or regulatory reasons.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it through Google Play or the Apple App Store before requesting deletion.
You can also delete your account directly inside the CalmFlow app from the Profile screen.
